Graffiti for Democracy

OCT 12 - NOV 4, 2024

Nation's top artists unite to educate and mobilize followers

through their art for Democracy.

Thanks to the leadership of renowned graffiti artist Peyton Scott Russell, 27 top-tier artists from New York, Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Los Angeles are launching a coast- to-coast voter engagement campaign through an online exhibition and social media campaign reaching over 800,000 of followers in all 50 states.

The intent of these artists is to provoke thought and energize voters across the country through a series of innovative, educational art-infused events in the name of Democracy.

“What a blessing to connect with my friends and their followers around an important issue at this critical moment for Democracy” shares Peyton Scott Russell, a Bush Artists Fellow. “This is a critical moment for freedom of expression and democracy. We believe our art can empower people. Our hope is that just one person gets to the polls from our campaign, it would be worth the effort.”

The artists are sponsoring several events and activities through the remainder of the month in promotion of their campaign.
